Arrival: A first step into the unknown
19:00. The collaborators arrive at the Bassin des Lumières.
In front of them, a bright red line extends across the ground. She guides them.
They have a first choice: follow it... or stay in their comfort zone.
Inside, magic happens.
Monumental projections adorn the walls and water of the Basin.
The master of ceremonies, Nicolas Ullmann, challenges them:
“Tonight it's up to you to decide. Do you dare to cross the red line? It's up to you to see. But one thing is certain: those who dare will not regret it.”
Suddenly the lights go on, the Red Liners come on stage, and the show starts.
A breathtaking scenography combines video projections, light effects and music.
And at the heart of the show, a surprise: the CEO is among the dancers.
He takes the microphone, sets the tone, and the evening can begin.
Challenging experiences that defy limits
- The Red Liners: Throughout the evening, 35 actors, dancers and hosts watch over the Red Line. They are the guardians of the challenges. Anyone who crosses the line will have to go all the way. They will be there to encourage him... or challenge him.
- The Red Zones: spaces dedicated to new experiences
- Red Zone Sport : red judo, red basket and red cécifoot
- Red Zone Challenges : Shifumi XXL, immersive VR headset, Steal or Not Steal which is a giant bluff game.

To immortalize everything, a photocall was present to capture the most beautiful memories of the participants.
An explosive final: The switch in the second half of the evening
As the evening reaches its peak, a final surprise awaits employees.
The Red Liners form a circle, drawing the guests into a collective choreography, simple at first... then faster and faster.
The pace is picking up.
Some let go, others hang on.
Until an explosive dance show breaks out before their eyes, triggering the transition to the second half of the evening!
DJ set, fiery dancefloor and unlimited cocktails... Until the end of the night.
An event that goes beyond D-Day: a three-month communication plan
The RED LINE PARTY does not end on the evening of the event.
To make a lasting impression, an internal communication plan was deployed to engage employees before, during and after the evening. Our internal agency UNCHAINED has thus designed and produced:
- A strong and immersive visual identity: In order to ensure total consistency between the teasing, the event and the aftermovie, a personalized graphic charter was designed to reinforce the concept.
- A video teaser in cinematic quality: An immersive video plunged employees into the RED LINE atmosphere, arousing their curiosity and their impatience.
- An epic aftermovie: To extend the experience, a captivating aftermovie was broadcast internally, allowing everyone to relive the highlights and immortalize this extraordinary evening.
